Biscuit Forest Defenders

5oo,ooo acre wildfire burned Oregon's Siskiyou National Forest in summer of 2002. In 2005 the Biscuit Plan, by the Forest Service, proposed to remove 370 million board feet of wood. Lauren Regan Executive Director of CLDC filed a lawsuit on behalf of several groups challenging that plan.
