The city does not own its water source, Roseburg Forest Products does. So the city is working to secure a new water source while the lawsuits fly. Some of those suits have been filed by the company against residents of Weed involved with the group Water for Citizens of Weed California (WCWC), including the \"Weed 9\" who have expressed objections to RFP's behavior.
