href=\"https:\/\/cldc.org\/zh\/green-scare-defendant-apprehended-in-cuba-after-12-years\/\">https:\/\/cldc.org\/green-scare-defendant-apprehended-in-cuba-after-12-years\/<\/a>.\u4ed6\u7ee7\u7eed\u88ab\u62d8\u7559\u5728\u4fc4\u52d2\u5188\u5dde\u6ce2\u7279\u5170\uff0c\u76f4\u52302021\u5e741\u67088\u65e5\u88ab\u6709\u6761\u4ef6\u91ca\u653e\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u4eca\u5929\uff0c4\u670821\u65e5\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8fd1\u671f\u53f8\u6cd5\u8c03\u89e3\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c <a href=\"https:\/\/cldc.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Dibee-plea.pdf\">\u8ba4\u7f6a\u534f\u8bae<\/a> \u7f8e\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u7ea6\u745f\u592b\u00b7\u8fea\u6bd4\uff08Joseph Dibee\uff09\u8fbe\u6210\u4e86\u534f\u8bae\u3002\u8fea\u6bd4\u627f\u8ba4\u4e863\u9879\u6307\u63a7\u3002\u5728\u4fc4\u52d2\u5188\u5dde\uff0c\u4ed6\u627f\u8ba4\u4e86\u7b2c1\u9879\u6307\u63a7\uff0c\u5373\u901a\u8fc7\u7eb5\u706b\u5171\u8c0b\u635f\u574f\u6216\u6bc1\u574f\u653f\u5e9c\u8d22\u4ea7\u548c\u7528\u4e8e\u5dde\u9645\u8d38\u6613\u7684\u8d22\u4ea7\uff0c\u8be5\u6307\u63a7\u6700\u9ad8\u53ef\u5224\u590420\u5e74\u76d1\u7981\uff0c\u6700\u4f4e\u5224\u59045\u5e74\u76d1\u7981\uff0c\u5916\u52a0\u7f5a\u6b3e\u3001\u7f13\u5211\u548c\u8d54\u507f\u3002\u540c\u6837\u5728\u4fc4\u52d2\u5188\u5dde\uff0c\u4ed6\u627f\u8ba4\u4e86\u7b2c6\u9879\u6307\u63a7\uff0c\u5373\u7eb5\u706b\u70e7\u6bc1\u4e86\u4f4d\u4e8e\u4fc4\u52d2\u5188\u5dde\u96f7\u5fb7\u8499\u5fb7\u9644\u8fd1\u7684Cavel West\u9a6c\u8089\u5c60\u5bb0\u573a\uff0c\u8be5\u6307\u63a7\u6700\u9ad8\u53ef\u5224\u590420\u5e74\u76d1\u7981\uff0c\u6700\u4f4e\u5224\u59045\u5e74\u76d1\u7981\uff0c\u5916\u52a0\u7f5a\u6b3e\u3001\u7f13\u5211\u548c\u8d54\u507f\u3002Cavel West\u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u8377\u5170\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u6b8b\u5fcd\u5730\u5c60\u5bb0\u4ece\u7f8e\u56fd\u516c\u5171\u571f\u5730\u4e0a\u56f4\u6355\u7684\u91ce\u9a6c\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u9a6c\u5339\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u5c06\u5176\u8089\u51fa\u53e3\u5230\u4e2d\u56fd\u3002\u5f53\u5730\u96f7\u5fb7\u8499\u5fb7\u793e\u533a\u8bd5\u56fe\u591a\u5e74\u6765\u963b\u6b62\u8fd9\u573a\u66b4\u884c\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u7f3a\u4e4f\u8db3\u591f\u96e8\u6c34\u6392\u653e\u8bbe\u65bd\u9020\u6210\u7684\u6076\u81ed\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u9a6c\u8840\u4ece\u96e8\u6c34\u6392\u6c34\u7ba1\u6d41\u5230\u8857\u9053\u4e0a\u3002\u7eb5\u706b\u540e\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u751f\u7269\u53d7\u4f24\u6216\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff0c\u8377\u5170\u516c\u53f8\u5173\u95ed\u4e86\uff0c\u518d\u4e5f\u6ca1\u6709\u91cd\u65b0\u5f00\u4e1a\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u4ece2007\u5e74\u52302018\u5e74\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u5168\u56fd\u7981\u6b62\u9a6c\u8089\u5c60\u5bb0\u573a\uff0c\u6b64\u540e\u56fd\u4f1a\u5141\u8bb8\u5176\u5230\u671f\u3002\u672c\u6848\u4fa6\u67e5\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u53d1\u73b0\u7684\u89c6\u9891\uff08\u6211\u804c\u4e1a\u751f\u6daf\u4e2d\u89c1\u8fc7\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u6700\u53ef\u6015\u7684\u89c6\u9891\uff09\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u975e\u5e38\u5bb3\u6015\u7684\u9a6c\u5339\u906d\u53d7\u4e86\u53ef\u6015\u800c\u6b8b\u9177\u7684\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u5c60\u6740\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u5728\u6d41\u6c34\u7ebf\u4e0a\u6ca1\u6709\u88ab\u8fc5\u901f\u800c\u65e0\u75db\u5730\u6740\u6b7b\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u65e0\u8bba\u6b7b\u6d3b\u90fd\u88ab\u80a2\u89e3\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u540e\uff0c\u8fea\u6bd4\u5728\u52a0\u5229\u798f\u5c3c\u4e9a\u4e1c\u533a\u627f\u8ba4\u4e86\u5bf9\u7b2c\u4e00\u9879\u6307\u63a7\uff0c\u5373\u5171\u8c0b\u7eb5\u706b\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca2001\u5e74\u82cf\u73ca\u7ef4\u5c14\u7684\u571f\u5730\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u5229\u5947\u83f2\u5c14\u5fb7\u91ce\u9a6c\u56f4\u573a\u7eb5\u706b\u6848\u2014\u2014\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u653f\u5e9c\u8d44\u52a9\u7684\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u91ce\u9a6c\u4ece\u516c\u5171\u571f\u5730\u4e0a\u88ab\u9a71\u8d76\u8fdb\u6765\uff0c\u5f3a\u884c\u5173\u5165\u6355\u6349\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u88ab\u8fd0\u5f80\u5361\u7ef4\u5c14\u897f\u7b49\u5c60\u5bb0\u573a\uff0c\u53d8\u6210\u72d7\u7cae\u3002\u6b64\u9879\u6307\u63a7\u7684\u5904\u7f5a\u4e0e\u4e0a\u8ff0\u76f8\u540c\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u52a9\u7406\u7f8e\u56fd\u68c0\u5bdf\u5b98\u594e\u56e0\u00b7\u54c8\u7075\u987f\u5ba3\u8bfb\u4e86\u63d0\u4ea4\u7ed9\u6cd5\u9662\u7684 20 \u6bb5\u91cf\u5211\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u91cd\u70b9\u3002\u4ed6\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u53c2\u8003\u91cf\u5211\u8303\u56f4\u5728 87 \u5230 108 \u4e2a\u6708\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u800c\u653f\u5e9c\u5efa\u8bae\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u5211\u671f\u4e3a 87
