Forest Products\u516c\u53f8\u5411\u4f50\u6cbb\u4e9a\u5dde\u5357\u533a\u7f8e\u56fd\u5730\u65b9\u6cd5\u9662\u63d0\u8d77\u4e86\u4e00\u9879$300\u767e\u4e07 \uff08\u52a0\u5143\uff09\u7684\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff0c\u6307\u63a7\u7eff\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u56fd\u9645\u7ec4\u7ec7\u3001\u7eff\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u516c\u53f8\u3001 \u7eff\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u57fa\u91d1\u516c\u53f8\u3001Stand.earth\uff08\u524d\u8eab\u4e3aForestEthics\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0a\u8ff0\u72ec\u7acb\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u4e94\u540d\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u5458\uff0c\u6307\u63a7\u5176\u8fdd\u53cd\u300a\u53cd\u6709\u7ec4\u7ec7\u72af\u7f6a\u6cd5\u300b\uff08RICO\uff09\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u6307\u63a7\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u6b64\u6848\u4e2d\u4ee3\u8868Stand.earth\u3002Resolute\u7531\u5361\u7d22\u7ef4\u8328\u00b7\u672c\u68ee\u00b7\u6258\u96f7\u65af\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\uff08Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP\uff09\u4ee3\u7406\uff0c\u8be5\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u81ea2001\u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee3\u8868\u5510\u7eb3\u5fb7\u00b7\u7279\u6717\u666e\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e86\u53d8\u66f4\u5ba1\u5224\u5730\u52a8\u8bae\u540e\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u4e8e2017\u5e745\u670816\u65e5\u5c06\u6848\u4ef6\u79fb\u4ea4\u7ed9\u5317\u52a0\u5dde\u8054\u90a6\u6cd5\u9662\uff0c\u5f53\u65f6\u6cd5\u9662\u88c1\u5b9aResolute\u516c\u53f8\u672a\u80fd\u8bc1\u660e\u6848\u4ef6\u4e0e\u4f50\u6cbb\u4e9a\u5dde\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u8054\u7cfb\u30022017\u5e7410\u670816\u65e5\uff0c\u5317\u52a0\u5dde\u7f8e\u56fd\u5730\u65b9\u6cd5\u9662\u88c1\u5b9a\u6211\u65b9\u80dc\u8bc9\uff0c\u9a73\u56de\u4e86\u8fd9\u5bb6\u4f10\u6728\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u6240\u6709\u65e0\u7406\u8bc9\u8bbc\u2014\u2014\u5c3d\u7ba1\u4e0d\u5e78\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6cd5\u5b98\u5141\u8bb8Resolute\u516c\u53f8\u4fee\u6539\u8bc9\u72b6\u3002\u6d3b\u52a8\u5bb6\u548c\u73af\u4fdd\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08\u80fd\u591f\u8ba9Resolute\u516c\u53f8\u652f\u4ed8\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08\u8d39\u548c\u8bc9\u8bbc\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728SLAPP\u8bc9\u8bbc\u4e2d\u80dc\u8bc9\u3002\u6b63\u597d\u4e09\u5468\u540e\uff0cResolute\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u6cd5\u9662\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e86\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u6beb\u65e0\u6839\u636e\u7684\u8bc9\u8bbc\u7684\u91cd\u65b0\u5305\u88c5\u7248\u672c\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5df2\u63d0\u4ea4\u53e6\u4e00\u9879\u9a73\u56de\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u52a8\u8bae\uff0c\u5728\u6cd5\u9662\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u53e3\u5934\u8fa9\u8bba\uff0c\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e86\u8865\u5145\u4e66\u9762\u9648\u8ff0\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u6b63\u7b49\u5f85\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u88c1\u51b3\u3002\u656c\u8bf7\u5173\u6ce8\uff01<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u53c2\u4e0e\u53cd\u8bfd\u8c24\u6cd5\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\uff1a\u4fdd\u62a4\u6297\u8bae<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u4ece\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e2d\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u4e5f\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u8fdb\u884c\u96c6\u4f53\u62b5\u6297\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u62a4\u5f02\u8bae\u5e76\u53cd\u5bf9\u65e0\u7aef\u7684\u201c\u6218\u7565\u6027\u63d0\u8d77\u8bc9\u8bbc\u4ee5\u6050\u5413\u516c\u4f17\u201d\u3002\u6cd5\u9662\u4e0d\u5e94\u6210\u4e3a\u8fd9\u79cd\u4f01\u4e1a\u6b3a\u51cc\u4ee5\u538b\u5236\u8a00\u8bba\u81ea\u7531\u7684\u573a\u6240\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff0c\u5982\u7f8e\u56fd\u516c\u6c11\u81ea\u7531\u8054\u76df\uff08ACLU\uff09\u3001350\u3001\u5baa\u6cd5\u6743\u5229\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08Center for Constitutional Rights\uff09\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u524d\u7ebf\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\uff08EFF\uff09\u548c\u96e8\u6797\u884c\u52a8\u7f51\u7edc\uff08Rainforest Action Network\uff09\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u7ec4\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u7531\u5728SLAPP\u8bc9\u8bbc\u65b9\u9762\u62e5\u6709\u4e30\u5bcc\u7ecf\u9a8c\u7684\u56e2\u4f53\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u56e2\u4f53\u65e2\u662fSLAPP\u8bc9\u8bbc\u7684\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\uff0c\u4e5f\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e86\u62b5\u6297SLAPP\u8bc9\u8bbc\u7684\u6597\u4e89\u3002\u5f8b\u5e08\u3001\u8bb0\u8005\u3001\u4f20\u64ad\u4e13\u4e1a\u4eba\u58eb\u3001\u4e86\u89e3\u4f60\u7684\u6743\u5229\uff08Know Your Rights\uff09\u57f9\u8bad\u5e08\u548c\u6d3b\u52a8\u5bb6\u4eec\u6b63\u5728\u6c47\u805a\u4e00\u5802\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u5ba3\u79f0\uff1a\u653b\u51fb\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c31\u662f\u653b\u51fb\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u5de5\u4f5c\u961f\u7684\u8fd9\u4e09\u5927\u652f\u67f1\u662f\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u589e\u5f3a\u62b5\u6297\u201c\u6218\u7565\u8bc9\u8bbc\u7981\u6b62\u8a00\u8bba\u201d\u7684\u80fd\u529b<\/strong>\u2013 \u6211\u4eec\u4e3a\u516c\u6c11\u793e\u4f1a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u3001\u793e\u533a\u9886\u8896\u3001\u8bb0\u8005\u548c\u516c\u4f17\u63d0\u4f9b\u8d44\u6e90\u548c\u57f9\u8bad\uff0c\u6307\u5bfc\u4ed6\u4eec\u5982\u4f55\u6700\u597d\u5730\u4fdd\u62a4\u81ea\u5df1\u514d\u53d7SLAPP\u8bc9\u8bbc\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5728\u76ee\u6807\u5bf9\u8c61\u662f\u4ed6\u4eec\u65f6\u8be5\u600e\u4e48\u505a\u3002\u8fd9\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f8b\u5e08\u7f51\u7edc\uff0c\u4e3a\u90a3\u4e9b\u9762\u4e34SLAPP\u8bc9\u8bbc\u7684\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u8fa9\u62a4\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u8d44\u6e90\u6781\u5176\u6709\u9650\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u548c\u5c0f\u7ec4\u7ec7\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u63ed\u9732\u201c\u7b56\u7565\u6027\u963b\u6320\u516c\u4f17\u53c2\u4e0e\u8bc9\u8bbc\u201d\u4ee5\u53ca\u63d0\u8d77\u8bc9\u8bbc\u8005<\/strong>\u2013 \u6211\u4eec\u5229\u7528\u81ea\u8eab\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u5ba3\u4f20\u3001\u6c9f\u901a\u548c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\uff0c\u4e3a\u906d\u53d7\u2019\u6218\u7565\u6027\u8d77\u8bc9\u963b\u788d\u516c\u4f17\u53c2\u4e0e\u201d\uff08SLAPPs\uff09\u7684\u516c\u4f17\u5229\u76ca\u5021\u5bfc\u8005\u548c\u76d1\u7763\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u652f\u6301\u3002\u8fd9\u5305\u62ec\u53cd\u5bf9\u6700\u5927\u7684SLAPPs\u65bd\u5bb3\u8005\u8fdb\u884c\u5ba3\u4f20\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5728\u8d44\u6e90\u5141\u8bb8\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u63d0\u4f9b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8fa9\u62a4\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u6218\u7565\u6027\u8bae\u9898\u7ade\u9009<\/strong>\u2013 \u5f53\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u201c\u7b56\u7565\u6027\u8bc9\u8bbc\u963b\u788d\u516c\u4f17\u53c2\u4e0e\u201d\uff08SLAPP\uff09\u5bf9\u516c\u6c11\u793e\u4f1a\u6216\u6c11\u4e3b\u6784\u6210\u66f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u5a01\u80c1\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u52a8\u5458\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u96c6\u4f53\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u62a4\u8a00\u8bba\u81ea\u7531\u548c\u548c\u5e73\u6297\u8bae\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3002\u540c\u6837\uff0c\u5f53\u6709\u673a\u4f1a\u63a8\u52a8\u53cdSLAPP\u653f\u7b56\u6216\u6cd5\u5f8b\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u5173\u8005\u5bc6\u5207\u5408\u4f5c\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u6b32\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u8bf7\u67e5\u770b\u65b0\u7684\u201c\u4fdd\u62a4\u6297\u8bae\u201d\u7f51\u7ad9\uff0c,
