MISE À JOUR : 17h25 — Les avocats du militant écologiste Daniel McGowan ont déclaré dans un communiqué vendredi après-midi qu'il avait été renvoyé dans son centre de transition à Brooklyn. Ils ont ajouté qu'ils avaient confirmé que McGowan avait été arrêté par les alguazils fédéraux jeudi pour un article de blog du Huffington Post – sur la base d'un règlement pénitentiaire déclaré inconstitutionnel par un juge en 2007.
